Anic offers lots of choices in culinary learning. We pride ourselves in providing the best coaching in North Indian and fusion cuisine available. All the authentic ingredients kept and never substituted for simplicity. The traditional recipes explained in a contemporary fashion. We give classes once a month. Private classes are available at our facility in Decatur, Georgia. 

In our classes we can teach beginner as well as advanced students. The vast amount of recipes at our disposal will be adequate for students any level. We go over the different groups of spices and their functions within that recipe:

1) The Mellow C’s: Cumin and Coriander are the most commonly used spices in Indian food. Used in every form of the plant.

2) The Intense C’s: Cloves, Cinnamon, and Cardamom are used together as a team but not equally. 

3) The Color Spices: Turmeric and paprika used to give curries their rich appearance.

4) Other fun spices: Hing, Black salt, and fenugreek used in special dishes.

The classes at the Cooks Warehouse are priced at $65 and include the food and wine at the end of session. The class lasts three hours and we cover a large range of recipes.

The private classes are available at one of our locations or a location of your choice. You have complete freedom in menu selection and we pick up the groceries for you.
